What is the Manger in Training Program?

This is a program that includes on-line, classroom and on-the-job training. This program was designed with you in mind. If you are eager and want to move up quickly, then this is the program for you. Through this program, you can set the pace of your own career. We are confident that the skills and the tools we provide will help you fast track to an exciting future.

A closer look at our Manager in Training (MIT) Program

Start of MIT career
0-6 Months => Manager in Training

  • Orientation Training
  • 6-month development toolkit (to assist with on-the-job training)
  • Attend Sales and Conflict Resolution Training
  • Write 6-month exam
  • Performance evaluation

7-12 Months => Manager in Training

  • Develop customer service, administrative, sales and fleet knowledge
  • Complete a series of monthly on-line learning
  • Monthly on-line quizzes
  • 7-12 month development toolkit (to assist with on-the-job training)
  • 1-year performance evaluation

13-24 Months => Assistant Branch Manager

  • Monthly classroom training to develop and acquire new skills
  • 13-24 month development toolkit (to assist with on-the-job training)
  • Performance evaluation
  • 360-review assessment

Branch Manager

  • Monthly classroom training to develop and acquire new skills
  • Branch Manager’s development toolkit (to assist with on-the-job training)
  • Performance evaluation
  • 360-review assessment

Operations Manager

  • Monthly classroom training (internal training)
  • Monthly Leadership training (external training)
  • Individual Development Plan (to assist with on-the-job training)
  • Performance evaluation
