Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Post secondary education in business preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the car rental industry and/or retail management
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities
- Manage a branch office through team building and motivational techniques
- Achieve monthly targets and coordinate the direct rental sales activities of the branch
- Examine reports (e.g.; fleet inventory, sales and daily reports) to determine the operational activities of the branch
- Direct hiring, coaching and career pathing of employees
- Assist in the development of a strategic business plan including fleet forecasting etc.
- Investigate and resolve any customer service complaints
- Manage the maintenance of vehicles and the movement of the fleet between locations
Manager in Training
Requirements:
- Post secondary education
- Two years of customer service experience (part or full time) an asset
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Computer literacy

Responsibilities
- Sell Discount's promotions at the counter and on the phone
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly resale targets
- Use questioning techniques to determine customers' needs and recommend vehicle sizes
- Provide service that "goes the extra mile"
- Participate in overall growth targets of the location based on both external and internal sales
- Open and close rental agreements and complete billing to customers
- Complete insurance authorizations and extensions on rentals
- Provide administrative support including the completion of daily paperwork
Service Attendant
Requirements:
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- High school graduate
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a retail environment an asset
Skills

- Ability to clean vehicles quickly and effectively
- Solid customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in Discount's day to day operations by being the initial contact in providing customer service through pick-up and delivery of clients
- Required to work as a team player
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection is followed
- Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of returning vehicles
- Inform customers of Discount's current marketing and sales promotions
