Q: I sent in my resume a couple of days ago. How long will it take before I can schedule an interview?

A: You will receive an acknowledgment that your resume has been received. If there is an open position that matches your qualifications, we will contact you to schedule interviews with the hiring team.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after submitting my application?

A: At the completion of the application process, you will see a resume confirmation on the screen. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond personally to all applicants. Should your qualifications match our staffing needs, we will contact you directly.

Q: I submitted an application but haven't heard back. Who should I contact?

A: Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond personally to all applicants. Should your qualifications match our staffing needs, we will contact you directly.

Applications are only active for 90 days. If you have not heard back from us 90 days after submitting your application, you may reactivate your application for another 90 days by revisiting our website.

Q: If I have already submitted my resume, do I have to resubmit it to be considered for jobs posted in the future?

A: While we review and keep resumes previously submitted by candidates whenever new job opportunities arise, we also welcome applicants to re-send their resumes when they see new job postings that peak their interest.

Of course, in the event that any information on your resume changes, such as your mailing address, email address, telephone number or career experience, please email us an updated version.

Q: What is the interview process like?

A: Once we have determined a match with an open position, you’ll be contacted to meet first with a Human Resources Representative. In addition, certain positions may also require skill testing, credit and/or background check prior to employment. After the initial meeting, we’ll let you know if there is a potential match and set up interview meetings with several other individuals related to the position. This may require more than one visit to our offices, but our goal is to make this process as convenient and informative for you as possible. Of course, references will be checked before any offer of employment is extended.

Q: How can I be sure that a position I find online hasn't already been filled?

A: Every effort will be made to remove job postings as soon as a position is filled. You will receive an acknowledgment of resume receipt, and we will contact you if your qualifications match any open position.

Q: I went to a Discount career fair and nobody called me back. Why?

A: If a currently available position matches your qualifications, we'll call you to schedule interviews with the hiring team. In addition, your resume will be entered into our database for our recruiters to access for future opportunities.

Q: What type of training will I receive?

A: There are a variety of methods used in training our people. We use computer based learning, written materials, videos and on the job training to ensure that you have the tools you need to be successful at your job. We also pair you with an experienced team member so that you always have a resource readily available to help you.
